After working with different clients, I’ve seen how important the right HR reports are. Without them, tracking data, managing costs, and monitoring performance becomes time-consuming. The right reports bring clarity, save time, and support better decision-making.

Unfortunately, not all HRMS offer all kinds of reports. This means you need to check with your HRMS or the one your evaluating to purchase that whether or not they have all the necessary reports that will help you with your HR management.

As per my experience, here are 10 must-have reports every HR software in India should include:

  1. Compliance Report
  • -This report should include all the data of compliances such as PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity etc.
  • -It reduces the risk of penalties and keeps audits smooth.
  1. Cost To Company Report
  • -CTC reports define the total cost a company bears for an employee which includes Employee salary as well as other expenses.
  • -This will show how much a company spends on each employee.
  1. Employee Details Report
  • -Employee details report includes all the basic details of an employee such as personal details, department, designation, role, joining date, status etc.
